Your journey with us begins when you get in touch. Whether through our website, email, or a phone call, we can organise a free initial consultation to hear more about what you're looking for.
2. Schedule Your Free Initial Consultation
This free, 15 minute phone call is an opportunity for us to better understand your situation, answer any questions you may have, and outline how we can support you, including which of our team are best suited to support you.
3. Identify Your Options
At the consultation, we’ll identify the best team member(s) to assist you. Our team is comprised of skilled professionals with a variety of expertise, and we take great care in matching you with someone whose skills align with your needs. It's important to note that all of our team are trained to the Doctorate level. During this step, we’ll also share their availability so you can make an informed decision about how to move forward.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to meet individually with various clinicians. This is for a variety of reasons, firstly, our team only know their own remit and availability, so they will not be able to inform you if there is someone who may be a better fit for you. Secondly, our team all work in the NHS and therefore have limited availability for ad-hoc calls. Thirdly, we have a very strong success rate with allocating individuals to the best suited clinician for them, and our clients have fedback how seamless they have found the process.
4. Decide How to Proceed
The final step is entirely in your hands. Once you’ve met with us, understood our recommendations, and reviewed the availability, you’ll decide how you’d like to proceed. Whether that means scheduling the assessment session or simply keeping us in mind for future needs, we’re here to support you at every step.
