We are a team of qualified Clinical and Counselling Psychologists (HCPC Registered) who offer online psychological therapy to adults. We can help you to get a better understanding of what may be going on for you, give you space talk and process your experiences, as well as work towards making the changes you'd like to see.
We help individuals who may have specific labels to their experiences such as anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, sleep issues, or those who don't have labels, but an experience of feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or lost to gain a greater understanding of what is going on in their mind, within their body, and how to move forward.
We offer a variety of psychological treatments, such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), CFT (Compassion Focused Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) or EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)
We appreciate that it can be hard to find a psychology service that is the right for you, therefore we offer a free initial consultation with our clinical lead to get a better understanding of what you're looking for, and we can explain in more detail about what we can offer.

We help people to move from feeling overwhelmed, anxious or lost, to feeling calm, knowledgeable about how to take care of their mental health and confident in how to progress towards their goals.
Many people aren't sure what to expect in therapy, unsure if therapy could benefit them or what a session would look and feel like. We are passionate about making sure you feel comfortable and safe in therapy, and therefore offer a free initial phone call to answer any questions or concerns, and give you a general idea of what to expect.
